- Enhanced SQ or spiritual capacity/power within: The learned ability to become servant leaders, by trying to live and lead each day in alignment with our highest values, our greatest ability to share, contribute, and make positive difference in any way we choose with our IQ and EQ. Last year American corporations spent in excess of $10 billion trying to help the best, brightest, most affluent among us (executives) win the war with stress related physical and emotional illness, ailments, presenteeism, absenteeism.
